Three levels of cover to choose from
Economy
Our basic level of cover includes cancellation or curtailment, medical emergencies, delayed and missed departures, personal accident, baggage delay, contribution to passport replacement costs and more.
Super
Super cover includes all the benefits offered in Economy cover with higher limits on many of them, such as for personal accident, as well as additional benefits like credit card fraud and more.
Super Plus
Our Super Plus cover includes all the same benefits as Super cover but with higher limits on some of them such as personal accident or holiday abandonment.

When you purchase insurance via our website you have the option to print off your Validation Certificate (proof of insurance), Policy Wording and Insurance Product Information Document once the payment has been successfully processed. You will also receive a booking confirmation by email to the email address supplied during the booking process. The booking confirmation contains your account information and details on how you can retrieve your documentation which can be accessed using the Customer Portal section of our website.
If you wish you can also request to receive your documents by post as well as email. Please be mindful of your Environmental Impact when selecting your documents to be sent by post.
If you opt to receive the text message there is a €0.99 charge. The text message contains your policy number and the Emergency Assistance telephone number.
We strongly recommend you bring your Validation Certificate and Policy Wording with you when you travel.
A "medical condition" is any disease, illness, injury or symptom for which you (you means all persons insured on the policy) have received medical advice, treatment or medication for in the last 2 years. For further information, refer to the important conditions relating to health section of the Policy Wording.
